Ingredients

  • 2 cupSprouted lentils (or lentil soaked 3 hours in hot water, or overnight in cold water)
  • 2Carrots (grated)
  • 1/2 cupChopped Parsley
  • 6 tbspSesame seeds (partially ground)
  • 1/4 cupWater
  • Spices
  • 2 cloveGarlic (crushed and chopped)
  • 2 tbspCumin seeds
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspThyme
  • 2 pinchCayenne pepper
  • To Cook::
  • Oil (olive or sunflower seed)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients except oil in a food processor

  2. 2

    Heat a pan with a few tableapoons of oil

  3. 3

    Spoon a patty-sized amount of mixure into the pan and spred out evenly

  4. 4

    Cook on 5 or 6 until brown and crispy on one side, then flip and repeat
