Steps

Peel and cut finely chopped onion and potato.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, curry leaves, green chilli and saute it.

Now add finely chopped onion and potato. And cook till the soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and wash and soaked poha. Mix well.

Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes.

Add lemon juice and serve hot.
