Steps

First Knead the daugh with maida,ajwain,oil,salt and water or milk as you required.
Boil the moong dal kacchi pakki
Add coriander leaves chopped,green chilli,salt, red chilli powder,amchur powder saunf.
Mix well.
Take two ball of daugh
Make 2 small roti
Put moong dal mixture on one roti
Cover with another rotiHeat tava
Roast the paratha both side
Spread ghee both side
The paratha is ready
Serve hot with green chutney,sauce or curd.
