Steps

Fry Dried red chillies, dhaniya, pacchi Senagapappu & menthulu.

Then grind the above mixture into a paste

To the same ground paste add coconut, garlic & tamarind and grind the paste again with some water to get a paste

Boil peas onion and tomatoes in cooker

Mix the paste and boiled veggies and add required water

Add salt as required

Add tadka and garnish with coriander
