Slice the bell pepper, onion, and potatoes into rounds.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onions, chopped parsley, some breadcrumbs, and spices.

Shape the meat mixture into balls and place them in a Pyrex baking dish as shown in the picture.

Make the red sauce: In a pot, sauté the chopped onion until soft, then add the tomatoes, spices, and bouillon cube. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the baking dish.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 50 minutes.

Serve with white rice. Enjoy!
