Ingredients

Bake40 minutes
  • 2 cCored, Peeled, Chopped Apples
  • 1 cSugar
  • 1 1/2 cRaisins
  • 1 canApplesauce
  • 1 cFlour
  • 2 tBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tNutmeg
  • 1 TCinnamon
  • 1Egg
  • 2 TImitation Vanilla
  • 2 TOil

Steps

Bake40 minutes
  1. 1

    In large mixing bowl mix Apples and Sugar let set about 3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Stir in the Raisins, 3 quarter can of Applesauce. Let soak about 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat oven to 350° and grease and Flour 13 x 9 glass pan

  4. 4

    Mix dry ingredients well in separate bowl using a fork. (Or sift together)

  5. 5

    Beat egg, vanilla and oil together and fold into wet ingredients.

  6. 6

    Combine with dry ingredients and stir until looks like lumpy cake batter.

  7. 7

    Poor into baking dish and spread about.

  8. 8

    Bake 350° 40-45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean in a cake spot.

  9. 9

    Cool. No need to frost. Nice served slightly warm.

  10. 10

    Vanilla, oil and Nutmeg are optional
