Ingredients

  1. 2 mediumtomatoes, cut
  2. 2 mediumonions, thinly sliced
  3. 3tablespoons of cooking oil
  4. 1 lbbeef livers, cut into small pieces
  5. 1/2teaspoon of mixed herbs
  6. 1/4salt
  7. 1/2teaspoon of garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the liver with onions and garlic for about 3 minutes.

    Add the salt and the mixed herbs and fry for a few seconds.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and continue frying until the livers cook. This usually takes about 7-10 minutes. Serve with toast.
