Add Sugar to the All Purpose Flour, salt and baking powder

Add melted butter and vanilla essence

Add milk

Mix dry and wet ingredients

Add in chopped fresh strawberries

Pour mixture in microwave safe mug

Add two dollops of jam
- 8
Swirl the jam with a spoon to create marbled effect
- 9
Put mug in microwave. Set for 2 minutes. Check if the cake is done by pressing the top, it should be firm to touch and bounce back. If not done add 1 more minute.
