Ingredients

  1. 1sunbutter or nut butter
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1banana
  4. 1butter, spray, or coconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mush banana.

  2. 2

    Add 2 eggs to the mushed banana.

  3. 3

    Add spray, butter, or oil to pan. Add a ladle off batter to oil and fry until it bubbles (like a pancake). Flip and cook the other side.

  4. 4

    Let cool slightly. Spread sunbutter (or nut butter) on the pancake. You can server flat or rolled.
