  1. 1crusty baguette
  2. 4chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
  3. 2 slicesbacon, smoked
  4. 2 stickscelery
  5. 1onion
  6. 1 clovegarlic
  7. 1 tbspplain flour
  8. 1 tspdried thyme
  9. 1/2 tspground cayenne pepper
  10. 1 packagegreen beans
  11. 1 packagekabanos sausages
  12. 1 canchopped tomatoes
  13. 300 mlstock, chicken or veg

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the bacon and chicken thighs into chunks, and dry over a medium heat until browned.

    Chop the onion, celery sticks and garlic and add to the pan. Cook until softened.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle over the flour, and cook, stirring for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Tip in the chopped tomatoes and stock, and add 1 tsp dried thyme and 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper and simmer, uncovered for about 20 mins.

    Chop the green beans and the kabanos sausage, and add to the pan. Simmer for another 10 mins.

    Serve with crusty bread.
