2 cuprice
2 cancontadina tomato sauce
1/2red pepper
3/4onion
1Olive oil

Steps

1

Place oil in sauce pan on low heat. Add onion and pepper and saute until tender.

Turn heat up slowly to brown veg.

Remove from heat and add sauce.

Simmer on low for 10 minutes.

Add to rice to desired thickness.
