Ingredients

  • 2Boil mashed potatoes
  • Wheat flour dough for roti
  • 1Finely chopped onion
  • to tasteSalt, Red Chilli powder and pepper
  • as neededGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a ball of dough, make round roti, keep 1 spoon mashed potatoes and onion mixture and seal it nicely to make roti again.

  2. 2

    Cook both side on tawa like paratha.

  3. 3

    Serve with butter and curd.
