Ingredients

1egg white
3/4 cuplight brown sugar
2 tbspall-purpose flour
1 tspvanilla extract
pecans, shelled

Pre heat oven to 250

Whisk egg white until stiffened.

Add sugar, vanilla extract, and flour. Stir to combine.

Add pecans and stir to combine well.

Place pecans on a greased cookie sheet and bake in pre heated oven for 30 minutes.

After 30 minues turn off heat to oven. Leave pecans in oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
