I usually use coconut milk, but this time for healthier version, I used full cream milk :D

You can also add 1 egg to the mixture, I forgot to add it XD but it still tastes yummy :q

Ingredients

  1. 250 gramglutinous rice flour
  2. 1whole fresh grated coconut
  3. 250 mlfull cream milk
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 7 tablespoonsugar
  6. 3 tablespoonmargarine, melted

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients and put in the margarine-coated baking pan.

  2. 2

    Bake until golden brown. I use electrical oven on maximum heat.

  3. 3

    Wait until it's cool before cutting it into squares.

  4. 4

    Enjoy your wingko babat :q
