Steps

Cut potatoes into bite size pieces. Cut entire stick of butter into thin slices.

Place potatoes into large microwave safe bowl with lid.

Place butter, garlic, and seasoning over top of potatoes.
- 4
Put lid on dish and microwave at 3-5 minute intervals stirring between each interval.
- 5
Continue to microwave until potatoes are soft enough that they are easily cut with a fork.
