Combine all the spices in a bowl.

Prepare the onions, garlic cloves and lincolnshire sausages.

Melt butter in large high sided frying pan or wok. Add the onions and cook for 3 minutes. Add the sausage and garlic cook for another 2mins and then add the cajun spice mix.

When the spices start to become fragrant pour in a cup of boiling water and allow to simmer. Once the water and spices blend together you can begin to add the bisto gravy granules.

Sprinkle in the shredded spinach or parsley. You can add more water to reach your desired consistency
