Ingredients

  • 1Sauce
  • 45 mleach Soya sauce and water
  • 40 mltomato sauce
  • 20 mlLemon juice or red wine
  • 35 mlapple juice
  • 30 mlcornflour or any purpose flour
  • 1freshly grounded black pepper to taste
  • 1Meat
  • 15 mlolive oil
  • 500 gramschicken fillet
  • 6spring onions
  • 2garlic cloves crushed
  • 10 mlfresh grated ginger
  • 500 gramsRaw veggies, thinly sliced, combination of your choice. mine: carrots, green and red peppers, mushrooms, seedless green beans cut open
  • 4bundles of egg noodles

Steps

  1. 1

    SAUCE: mix all sauce ingredients, season and set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat paella pan until it is hot enough to heat your oil.

  3. 3

    Add half of chicken strips, fry until just briwn.

  4. 4

    Remove and repeat step 3 with the rest of the meat.

  5. 5

    Stir fry spring onion, garlic, ginger , add your longest cooking veggies for 2-3 minutes. Add softer veggies, stir fry till tender.

  6. 6

    Add meat and sauce, continue starring until heated through and sauce thickens.

  7. 7

    Season to taste and serve immediately with egg noodles
