SAUCE: mix all sauce ingredients, season and set aside.

Heat paella pan until it is hot enough to heat your oil.

Add half of chicken strips, fry until just briwn.

Remove and repeat step 3 with the rest of the meat.

Stir fry spring onion, garlic, ginger , add your longest cooking veggies for 2-3 minutes. Add softer veggies, stir fry till tender.

Add meat and sauce, continue starring until heated through and sauce thickens.

Season to taste and serve immediately with egg noodles
