Ingredients

  1. 1 lbChicken on the bone
  2. 1green pepper
  3. 1 largeonion
  4. 4 ozpimentos
  5. 3 cupspaghetti
  6. 2 cancream of mushroom
  7. 2 cupsharp cheddar
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  10. 1black pepper
  11. 2 cupchicken broth

Cooking Instructions

    Bring chicken to a boil, reduce heat to med-low and simmer for 30-45 minutes

    Chop green pepper, onion and pimento

  3. 3

    Take chicken out

  4. 4

    Remove chicken broth

  5. 5

    Add spaghetti to remaining chicken broth

  6. 6

    Pull off chicken and set to side in medium bowl

  7. 7

    Mix chicken, onion, green pepper, pimento and cram of mushroom

  8. 8

    Add spaghetti, sharp cheddar, season salt, pepper, cayenne and chicken broth

  9. 9

    Put into casseroll dish and bake for 35-45 min at 350°F
