2 tbsppeprika

1pepper
1/4 cupcanola oil
In the Crock Pot
1green pepper
1 largeonion
1 candiced tomato with juice
Sauce
2 tbsptomato paste
1remaining chicken juice in skillet
2 cupchicken broth
lemon rice
2 cupwater
1 cuprice
1crushed red pepper
1lemon juice
1lemon zest

Toss chicken in flour, garlic, peprika, salt and pepper

Cool in skillet for 5min each side

Place onion, green pepper, diced tomato and chicken to crock pot

Add the sauce to the crock pot

Cool for 4 hours on low

Cook rice when Spanish chicken is almost finished
