70 gramspeanut butter
180 gramswhey protein powder
90 gramsrolled oats
30 gramsflax seed
20 gramsmaple syrup
30 gramsalmonds
150 mlwater

Combine peanut butter, protein powder, oats and flax seed and water together. Mix until no longer dry.

Add maple syrup and almonds and mix throughly.

Place into a zip lock baggie and flatten it out and spread it evenly.

Place in freezer for 60-90 minutes. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
