  1. 70 gramspeanut butter
  2. 180 gramswhey protein powder
  3. 90 gramsrolled oats
  4. 30 gramsflax seed
  5. 20 gramsmaple syrup
  6. 30 gramsalmonds
  7. 150 mlwater

  1. 1

    Combine peanut butter, protein powder, oats and flax seed and water together. Mix until no longer dry.

  2. 2

    Add maple syrup and almonds and mix throughly.

  3. 3

    Place into a zip lock baggie and flatten it out and spread it evenly.

  4. 4

    Place in freezer for 60-90 minutes. Cut into pieces and enjoy.
