Steps

Parboil the beans for 40minutes,wash and boil 2 cups of water in a pot.pour back the washed beans.

Grate ginger and garlic and put with salt.After 20minutes add the crayfish,onion and pepper.

Continue boiling after 15minutes,put maggi cubes and palmoil.now boil for another 20minutes.

Uncover and stir with a wooden spoon,cover let it simmer for 3minutes the porriage beans is good.

Peel and cut the plantain,sprinkle salt on it.Heat up vegetable oil,and pour in the plantain fry till is brown but not burnt.at least 3minuyes.
