Heat oil in a wok add butter when melted add chopped capsicum and saute it.

Now add boiled peas saute for 3-4 minutes.

Add mashed potatoes and cook on low flame of 4-5 minutes. Keep aside.

Take a another wok add butter and chopped onion saute till change in colour.

Add chopped tomatoes and spices, 1 pinch food colour. Mix well cook till leave the oil.

Now add sauted veggies and mix well and add water according to ur gravy taste.

Garnish with chopped onion, green coriander and butter.

Serve with Paav.
