Ingredients

25-30min
2-3 servings
  1. 100 gmboiled peas
  2. 250 gmboiled potatoes
  3. 2 piececapsicum chopped
  4. 4 pieceonion chopped
  5. 4 piecetomato chopped
  6. 2-3 spooncoriander leaves
  7. 2 spoonketchup
  8. 2-3 spoonlemon juice
  9. 250 gmbutter
  10. 1 packetpaav
  11. 1 /2 spoonkasuri methi
  12. 1/2 poonred chilli powder
  13. to tastesalt
  14. 1 pinchred food colour
  15. 1/2spoonturmeric powder
  16. as neededwater

Steps

25-30min
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok add butter when melted add chopped capsicum and saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add boiled peas saute for 3-4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add mashed potatoes and cook on low flame of 4-5 minutes. Keep aside.

  4. 4

    Take a another wok add butter and chopped onion saute till change in colour.

  5. 5

    Add chopped tomatoes and spices, 1 pinch food colour. Mix well cook till leave the oil.

  6. 6

    Now add sauted veggies and mix well and add water according to ur gravy taste.

  7. 7

    Garnish with chopped onion, green coriander and butter.

  8. 8

    Serve with Paav.
