Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbutter
  2. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1 eachegg
  4. 2 1/4 cupAP Flour
  5. 1 tspbaking powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspvanilla
  8. 1/4 cuplarge sugar granules for rolling
  9. 1 envelopechai tea paket

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla.

  2. 2

    YOU MUST SIFT the flour, baking powder, salt, and chai tea. DO NOT add in the large particles of chai from the sieve.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate for a bit, scoop into balls, and roll in sugar. Bake at 350°F for about 8 minutes.
