Steps

Peel and cut the pumpkin.

Heat oil in a wok add chopped green chillies and onion saute it till change the colour.

Now add all dry spices except garam masala and dry mango powder.till saute leave the oil.

Now add cut pumpkin and cover,cook on low flame till soft the pumpkin.

Add garam masala and dry mango powder and mix well.

Serve with poori/roti...
