Combine all ingredients in a dish. Mix well.

If dough is sticky add some more Rajgira. Keep it in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Heat a non stick pan. Drizzle some oil or ghee. Make small round shape dhebra with hands. Place them on pan.

Roast them both sides on medium flame until golden brown. In between drizzle ghee over dhebra.

Transfer them in plate.
- 6
Serve hot dhebra with lauki ka rayta.
