Ingredients

  1. 1 cuPTapioca pearls
  2. 3boiled potatoes
  3. 1 cupRoasted peanuts(coarsely ground)
  4. 1"Ginger(Grated)
  5. 1Green chilly
  6. leavesCoriander
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Salt
  9. Garam masala
  10. Black pepper power
  11. Coriander powder
  12. Dry mango powder

    Wash n soak sahi seeds for 4-5 hours.

  2. 2

    After 5 hours drain the excess water.sago seeds will be puffed up by then.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, add sago seeds, peanuts,mashed potatoes,coriander leaves, Ginger,green chilly and all the dry masala.

  4. 4

    Mix it well to form a dough.

  5. 5

    Take a lemon size ball out of this dough. Roll it in a circle n then slightly flatten it to shape it like cutlet.

  6. 6

    Like this, prepare all the vadas.

  7. 7

    Now heat oil in a pan for frying.

  8. 8

    When the oil is hot enough fry these vadas from both sides.

  9. 9

    Strain it on a tissue paper.

  10. 10

    Serve it with green chutney.

  11. 11

    You can even shallow fry it if you are health freak!
