Steps

Roast the brinjal.

Peel and mashed it.

Heat oil in a wok,add cumin and green chillies and saute it.

Now add chopped onion and saute it.
- 5
Now add chopped tomatoes,garlic,and all dry spices and saute till leave the oil.
- 6
Add mashed brinjal,and cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green chillies.
