Steps

Rinse & remove skin of lauki. Grate it. Keep it aside.

Boil it by adding 2-3 tsp water on slow flame. Cover it. Once done let it cool.

Whisk curd in a bowl. Add Boiled lauki and all spices. Mix well.

Raita is ready. Keep it in fridge.

Garnish with coriander leaves Serve chilled rayta.
