Soak samak rice and sabudana for 5-6 hrs. Then blend it till smooth paste

Now transfer it in a bowl add rice flour and tadka(ghee,zeera,sendha namak,dhnia leaves) mix it well.

Make minni dosas

Now for stuffing.. take a kadai add ghee,zeera wait till crackle now add ginger and saute for 2 min.

Now add tomato and all the masalas.. cook for 5 min. Now add boiled aloo simmer for 10 min. Stuffing ready.

Add stuffing in dosa. Ready to eat.
