Take cadai put ghee add sweet potato grated fri 5 min that raw ness it less..take into a bowl

With the same cadai put sabudana fri well 4 min mean while few petals of saffron put half cup milk

Once sabudana fried add hole milk cook until it should be soft

Once it soften add sweet potato mix again add sugar..saffron milk cook 4 min it should thick...turn off firm

For garnish :: put 1 tsp ghee add drifruits fri roasted take to bowl

Put the kheer on a serving plate garnish with drifruits and sprinkle the saffron... ready to serve sweet potato sagu kheer
