Ingredients

1/2 ltrButtermilk
3-4 tspbesan
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 tspgaram masala
1/2 tsprai
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1sping curry leaves
pinchhing
2dry red chillies
1onion
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Steps

Add besan in a buttermilk in a mixing bowl.

Heat oil in a heavy bottom wok add hing,rai and cumin seeds and saute it.

Add chopped onion and saute it.

Now add spices and besan buttermilk mixture and boiled it.

Cook on low flame for 25 minutes.

Serve with rice.
