Steps

Wash pepper and tomatoes and blend.

Slice your onious and set aside

Boil your blended tomatoes till the liquid in it dries

Pour the oil in a saucepan and fry along with the sliced onion

Fry till the colour turns reddish brown for 15minutes

Add other ingredients in the fries.....set aside,

Boil your fish for 5minutes, adding a little salt, and slice of onious for taste..

Separate from the fish stock. And fry in a hot oil...

Add the fish stock to the fried stew. And cook for 5 minutes adding the fried fish as well...

Serve with rice...
