Ingredients

  1. 2medium sized ice fishes
  2. 1 handfulcrayfish
  3. 6medium sized fresh peppers
  4. 1medium sized onious
  5. 2medium sized ice fishes
  6. 1 handfulcrayfish
  7. 6medium sized fresh peppers
  8. 1medium sized onious
  9. 15seeds of blended tomatoes
  10. 1 sachetgino curry powder
  11. 2 cupsrice
  12. I milk cup of king's groundnut oil
  13. 4 cubesknor chicken maggi

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash pepper and tomatoes and blend.

  2. 2

    Slice your onious and set aside

  3. 3

    Boil your blended tomatoes till the liquid in it dries

  4. 4

    Pour the oil in a saucepan and fry along with the sliced onion

  5. 5

    Fry till the colour turns reddish brown for 15minutes

  6. 6

    Add other ingredients in the fries.....set aside,

  7. 7

    Boil your fish for 5minutes, adding a little salt, and slice of onious for taste..

  8. 8

    Separate from the fish stock. And fry in a hot oil...

  9. 9

    Add the fish stock to the fried stew. And cook for 5 minutes adding the fried fish as well...

  10. 10

    Serve with rice...
