Make a dough by adding little by little water to the suji and keep aside covered

Meanwhile make the green paste by grinding an onion green chillies fresh coriander leaves ginger garlic and pudina leaves

Grind the sprouts to a coarse paste

Mix the sprouts and green paste and salt and keep aside

Boil water in a big kadhai

Now knead the suji for 5 min continuously by adding little by little water

Now roll out the puris frm the suji dough. Dont roll dem very thin. Let them be thick. Now fill in the sprouts and green paste mixture

Make all the momos ready

Put the momos very carefully in the boiling water

Let them boil for 5 mins on high flame. Then turn them very slowly and let them boil for more 5 mins

Now remove them very carefully and let them cool down

Cut them into 2 halves and serve wit any sauce or have them as they are.
