Ingredients

for 2 persons
  1. 1/2 cupcup Sabudana soaked for 4 hrs.strain and keep aside
  2. 3aloo boiled and mashed
  3. 2green chillies finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsppeanut powder
  5. to tasteRock salt
  6. as neededOil for frying
  7. For chutney
  8. 1/2 cup Roasted peanut s
  9. 1/4 cup fresh coconut gratted
  10. PinchRock salt
  11. 4green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the alu add soaked Sabudana

  2. 2

    Green chilles

  3. 3

    Peanut powder

  4. 4

    Rock salt

  5. 5

    Knead the dough smoothly and make round tikkis

  6. 6

    Heat oil in kadai

  7. 7

    Fry till golden in colour

  8. 8

    For chutney

  9. 9

    Grind all ingredients till smooth

  10. 10

    Adding required amount of water

  11. 11

    Serve Sabudana Tikki with this Chutney
