Line a 9X12 pan with foil and lightly grease.

Microwave the morsels and milk on high for 60 seconds and stir. Continue to microwave in ten to fifteen second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Stir in vanilla. Add marshmallows and nuts and fold together.

Press the mixture into the bottom of the pans and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Lift from the pan, remove foil and cut into squares. Enjoy.
