In ayurveda... Fenugreek is most helpful for control ur sugar level n also helps digestive system. One tspn fenugreek soak in water for overnight n drink its water in morning empty stomach. Though it's very bitter in taste. So I tried to make its pickle. Indian cuisine we use fenugreek in mostly
recipes...breast milk also
increase with fenugreek
use.....In lost appetite also helpful.. 😊.. It's not harmful in any form bt just one tspn in level everyday.

Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 50 gramsFenugreek
  2. 10Lemon
  3. 50 gramsMustered Oil
  4. 3 tbspWhite Vinegar
  5. 1 tspFennel Seed powder
  6. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 1 tspDried Mango powder
  8. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  9. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  10. 1 tspSalt or as per your taste
  11. 1/2 tspCumin Seeds

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil.. When it's starts to smoke off the fire.

  2. 2

    Let it cool for five-minute.

  3. 3

    Add asafetida.. Add cumin seeds... Add fenugreek..n all spices.. . .

  4. 4

    Let it cool completely.. Now squeeze lemon juice n vinegar.

  5. 5

    Transfer it into a glass or plastic air tight container.

  6. 6

    Keep for 7 days in room temperature.

  7. 7

    Everyday stir with a spoon.

  8. 8

    After seven days fenugreek soaked all spices n lemon juice and vinegar so fenugreek isn't bitter now.. After seven days it's ready to eat..

  9. 9

    Eat daily one tspn pickle at lunch time.
