Orange colour-pinchof
Soak sabudana in water just cover the sago.for 3hours
Microwave for 1minute and spread on plate. It will become soft - 2
Heat ghee in a pan fry cashewnut.
Heat pan add sugar when sugar is melting add sabudana.add colour. - 3
Mix it well cover it and cook till dry Remove from heat
cover it for 5minutes - 4
Add cashewnut. I make caramelised sugar for decoration on top.
