Ingredients

  1. 1 cupSabudana
  2. 1 bunchGreen coriander leaves
  3. 3Green chilli
  4. 1Boil potato or groundnut both can be used
  5. 2 tablespoonoil
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Oak sabudana little water.just cover sago.
    Wash coriander leaves and green chilli

  2. 2

    Grind in mixer to smooth paste.
    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when cracked add curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Fry it add green chutney.
    Now add boiled potato and soaked sabudana. Mix well.

    Now add boiled potato and soaked sabudana. Mix well.
    Add very little water and cover it till water dry..
    Leave as it is for 10 minutes

    It is ready to eat.it is very tasty
