2-3servings
  • 2 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupsoaked grind Rice
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 cupstrawberry pulp
  • 1-2 tspchopped strawberry for garnish

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a nonstick pan. Add milk stir well for 5-6 mins.

  2. 2

    Add grind rice cook well for 8-10 mins.

  3. 3

    Then add strawberry pulp mix well stir for 5 mins add sugar.

  4. 4

    Heat off

  5. 5

    Serve strawberry phirni hot and chilled.
