I bought some matcha, and decided to add it to my coffee. If you pour all the hot water in at once, the matcha powder won't dissolve properly. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste.Although I usually take my coffee black, this tastes best with a bit of sugar. Recipe by Hawaiantomato cookpad.japan -
Cold Brew using Drip Coffee Cold Brew using Drip Coffee
I love cold coffee with our warm weather so I normally brew coffee grounds and put the whole pot in the fridge after. Which explains this entry...With quarantine happening, I can no longer get my favorite Cold Brew from Starbucks, and I miss it! Here's an idea that came to me, and surprisingly, it worked without having to buy those expensive cold brew carafes. #coldbrew #coffee SpottedByD -

Sophisticated Coffee Jello Sophisticated Coffee Jello
Though the ingredients and Steps are simple, I actually put quite a lot of thought into this recipe. For example, I considered what consistency the jello needed to be to crumble it, and also the balance of bitterness and sweetness.I use caffeine-free coffee, so that I can eat this at night and still get to sleep. I use granulated instant coffee, as opposed to the powdered kind.Use a generous amount of cream, otherwise it will be difficult to whisk. Be sure to use any leftovers to make something scrumptious.
