Sabudana tikki

First soak sabutdana for 2 hours.

Boil a potato.

In a bowl take both sabutdana and potato.

Add namak, lal mirch powder,kali mirch powder chopped dania and green chillies.

Mash them well and mix.

Make round tikki and keep for 10 min in the refrigerator.

In the meantime heat oil.

Now take tikki out of refrigerator and deep fry the tikki's till golden brown.

Your tikki's are ready to serve.Serve them hot.
