1/2tuber Yam
5big Potatoes
3cksp Red oil
1 tablespoonCurry
Salt
2Onion
3cksp Crayfish
5Fresh yellow pepper
2maggi cubes

Steps

1

Cut yam and sweet potatoes,yam in small cubes but potatoes in big cubes.

Put in 2 cups of water,add all the ingredients even the red oil then cover and cook for 15minutes.

Stir very well with a wooden spoon,and cover again after 3 minutes turn and is done.
