Ingredients

  • 2 lbDeer meat
  • 2 tbspPepper
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 cupFlour
  • 2 largeEggs
  • 2 tbspBacon grease

Steps

  1. 1

    Tenderize steaks.

  2. 2

    Season steaks with pepper.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle small amount of flour on steaks.

  4. 4

    Melt grease in pan on med-high.

  5. 5

    Beat eggs in bowl.

  6. 6

    Mix salt into flour.

  7. 7

    Dip steaks in egg then flour.

  8. 8

    Cook steaks in grease to 160 flipping once.
