Steps

Clean and peel your potatoes.

Cut them into rings.

Deep fry them or boil them. I personally deep fried them.

As you fry them, clean n peel your onions.

Cut them into rings.

Once your potatoes are ready, drain them off the cooking oil n set aside.

In a frying pan, fry your onions till golden brown. Add salt to taste.

Toss in your potatoes n mix them with onions. Simmer for only 5 mins in a low heat.

Serve once ready and while hot.
