  2. 1 cupPumpkin skin or chilka grated
  3. 3Potatoes boiled and mashed
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoonSama rice flour
  5. 1 tspFinely chopped coriander
  6. 1 tspSendha namak
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  8. 1Finely chopped green chilli
  9. Ingredients for chutney
  10. 1 bowlBer (jujube)
  11. 1Green chilli
  12. 1 tspLemon juice
  13. 1/2 tspSendha namak
  14. 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  15. 1/3 tspSugar

Steps

    Method for kabab

    Take a bowl

  3. 3

    Put salt,chilli,pumpkin,potato,flour in it and mix it well

    Make small kabab..

    And deep fry all on medium flame

    When it become golden brown and crispy..it's done..

    Method for chutney

    Put ber,chilli,salt,lemon juice, and sugar into the jar and blend it..

    And make fine chutney..
