Taka a wok

Add clarified butter,rice flour,and water in it and mix it well

Cover it and cook it on slow flame for 1min

When it become cold..mix it for 5to 7 mins and make fine dough

Make small puri with the help of hands..

And deep fry all puri on medium flame

When it become golden brown it's done..

Take a pan

Add clarified butter in it

Add guava pieces,salt,chilli,coriander in it and mix it well

Cover it and cook it for 2 mins on slow flame

Serve it with hot sama puri
