Steps

Set pan to medium/high heat. Add oil and onions. Cook for 5 minutes constantly stirring until they are nicely browned.

Add rice and brown for approximately 5-8 minutes. Wait for a nice nutty smell.

Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and bring to boil.

Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Turn heat off and let sit for another 15 minutes. Do not uncover rice.
