1 cupMayonnaise
2 can(14 oz) unmarinated artichokes
2 cupMozzarella cheese, grated
1 1/2 cupParmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cupOnion, finely chopped (I like purple onion for the bite)
2 cloveGarlic, minced
1Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and back at 350°F for 30-35 minutes

Serve with sturdy crackers or crusty type bread bites
