Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 packages4 oz crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 packages8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tspDill weed
  • 1 eachEgg yolk, beaten
  • 1 boxAssorted crackers
  • 1 eachApple slices

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Unroll dough on lightly floured surface; press together seams to form 12x4 inch rectangle.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle top of cream cheese with half of dill; lightly press dill into cream cheese.

  4. 4

    Place cream cheese, dill side down, in center of dough.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle cream cheese with remaining dill.

  6. 6

    Enclose cream cheese in dough by bringing sides of dough together, pressing edges to seal.

  7. 7

    Place on lightly greased cookie sheet, brush with egg yolk.

  8. 8

    Bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.

  9. 9

    Serve with assorted crackers and apple slices.
